DRAWING TO FEEL

Connect with yourself through drawing nature

A five-week online course to learn how to observe, feel and express nature through your body, mindfulness and creativity… even if you can’t draw

We pass through the countryside without paying any attention or showing any curiosity...
just as we often don’t stop to feel what’s going on inside us.

‘Drawing to Feel’ is an invitation to pause and observe mindfully.
Returning to you through nature…
and to express how you feel through drawing, without needing to know how to draw

What is this workshop?

A five-week programme to reconnect with yourself through drawing nature, develop your mindfulness and discover a more conscious, creative and profound way of observing and feeling

It’s not a drawing course
It’s not just observation
It is a practice of presence, perception and self-awareness
