DRAWING TO FEEL
Connect with yourself through drawing nature
A five-week online course to learn how to observe, feel and express nature through your body, mindfulness and creativity… even if you can’t draw
We pass through the countryside without paying any attention or showing any curiosity...
just as we often don’t stop to feel what’s going on inside us.
‘Drawing to Feel’ is an invitation to pause and observe mindfully.
Returning to you through nature…
and to express how you feel through drawing, without needing to know how to draw
What is this workshop?
A five-week programme to reconnect with yourself through drawing nature, develop your mindfulness and discover a more conscious, creative and profound way of observing and feeling
It’s not a drawing course
It’s not just observation
It is a practice of presence, perception and self-awareness

What are you going to experience?
- Connecting with the body and breathing in nature
- The development of attention and mindful awareness
- Drawing as a tool for observation and presence
- Expressing your feelings through a diary
- The relationship between nature and the inner world
- The symbolic and creative integration of your experience

DNC method

This process is based on a step-by-step approach using the «Mindful Nature Diaries – DNC» method:
Arrive → Perceive → Express → Reflect → Integrate
Through four pillars:
- Comment
- Body
- Excitement
- Creative expression
Structure. This is how the process works

Week 1 — Body
You’ll learn how to get there and find yourself
To be present in the body, to breathe, and to start drawing without judgement
Week 2 — Attention
You will open your eyes
You will explore curiosity, perception and mindful observation

Week 3 — Technique
You’ll shape your own expression
You will learn to record things through drawing, words and symbols
Week 4 — Nature and the inner world
You’ll explore your feelings in greater depth
You will explore the relationship between what you see and what is going on inside you

Week 5 — Integration and symbolism
You’ll bring meaning to the experience
You will integrate your experiences through symbolic and creative expression
