There are two ways to get started. If you're looking for a comprehensive professional training programme, the Living Nature Facilitators training (200 hours) prepares you to design and lead sessions, grounded in science, with our own methodology and genuine career prospects.
And if you'd prefer to start with something more specific, the Umanagea Courses offer four entry points — The Basics of Forest Bathing, Ecopsychology, GeoMetanoia and Nature Journaling — which you can take independently. Their cost is deducted later if you decide to continue with the full training.
